Meet the Founder

Faris grew up in Jordan, where storytelling was survival, laughter was currency, and you never left the room before the tea was finished. He moved to Boston for college, chasing a degree and a dream — a shift that rewired his world and became the foundation for everything that came next.

He started his career at IBM, cycling through strategy, partnerships, and products like someone furnishing a home they weren't sure they wanted to live in. The work was fast, the stakes were high, the snacks were endless — but eventually, Faris realized he was more interested in people than products, and more drawn to transformation than transaction.

In time, that realization gave way to Echo of Infinite — part coaching practice, part creative lab. A space for leaders and seekers to shake off old narratives and step into what’s next.

His work is about creating the conditions for profound transformation. For Faris, leadership isn’t a title — it’s a way of being. The result: lasting change in people, teams, and the systems they move through.
