Meet the Founder

Faris is the founder of Echo of Infinite, a coaching practice and creative lab that helps leaders, teams, and organizations unlock meaningful and lasting transformation. Known for his ability to move and inspire people, he combines sharp insight with a grounded, compassionate approach to change.

His career began at IBM, where he worked across strategy, partnerships, and product development. Immersed in high-stakes environments, he learned how organizations grow, adapt, and sometimes get stuck. Over time, he became more interested in people than products, and more drawn to transformation than transaction.

That focus shaped Echo of Infinite into a space where leaders and teams confront old patterns, align around shared purpose, and build cultures that foster clarity, accountability, and trust. Faris works with individuals navigating personal and professional crossroads, corporate teams seeking alignment, and executives aiming to lead with authenticity in complex systems.

His approach is not about quick fixes or surface-level wins. For Faris, leadership is a way of being, and his work creates the conditions for lasting change in people, teams, and the systems they move through.
